For the past Twenty Five years, I have been coaching Kundalini Yoga, HathaYoga Asanas, Manthra Yoga, Mudra Yoga, Swara Vigananam (Breathing Techiniques) for students worldwide.

With the motto "Health is wealth," Ponnuri Gopie Krishna has initiated a program called Panch Yoga, which provides free training in the fundamentals of yoga to thousands of students. He has also developed handwriting therapy, drawing therapy, and power meditation programs aimed at enhancing self-discipline, concentration, and observational skills. To address the erosion of human values, Ponnuri Gopie Krishna initiated a program called Spiritual Science, which aims to uphold and teach these values to students who may be deviating from the right path.

Ponnuri Gopie Krishna started practicing yoga in the 6th grade and began training individuals in yoga by the 10th grade. Over the past 25 years, he has taught many people various styles of yoga. He received his Kundalini Yoga training from Sri Naga Sadhu at Shri Panch Dashnaam Juna Akhada in Varanasi., and in acupressure and massage therapy under Kerala Gurus in Madras.
