This Agreement governs your use of kaapulights.in (the "Site") and all associated services. The Site is owned and operated by Ponnuri Gopie Krishna, registered office at FF3, Aravindam -2, Yadavula Bazaar, Prasadampadu, Vijayawada - 521108, NTR District, Andhra Pradesh, India.

By registering or using the Site, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, our Privacy Policy, and any future updates. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the Site.

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Services, you unconditionally accept and agree to comply with all terms, conditions, and notices. Continued use constitutes ongoing consent.

• Age Restriction: You must be 18 years or older.
• Community Specific: Exclusively for members of the Kaapu Caste and its subcastes: Balija, Telaga, Munnuru Kaapu, Turupu Kaapu, Ontari.
• Accurate Information: You agree to provide truthful registration data, including surname, Gotram, caste, subcaste, profession, email, and phone number.

You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. Kaapu Lights is not liable for losses from failure to protect your account.

This Agreement remains in effect while you use the Site or have an active membership. You may terminate by writing to info@kaapulights.in. We reserve the right to block or delete your account without prior notice for violations, including posting prohibited content.

The Site is for personal, non‑commercial use. You may not advertise, promote, or solicit any business without explicit written permission from the Superadmin.

Prohibited Content:

• Nude, obscene, abusive, or unparliamentary language
• Arms, weapons, child abuse, pornography
• Political, Hate Speech, Religious hate speech, Communal hate speech (strictly forbidden – Kaapu Lights is apolitical)

Violation will result in immediate blocking and deletion without warning.

All original content, graphics, logos, software, and databases are owned by Ponnuri Gopie Krishna and protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. "Kaapu Lights" is a trademark of Ponnuri Gopie Krishna.

By posting content, you grant Kaapu Lights a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute it solely for platform operation. You represent that you own the rights to all content you post.

If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed, please email info@kaapulights.in with the required details (identification of work, location, contact info, and a statement of good faith). We will act promptly.

You are solely responsible for interactions with other members. We may monitor disputes but are not obligated to intervene. You release Kaapu Lights from any claims arising from member disputes.

Our Privacy Policy (see separate page) is an integral part of this Agreement. By using the Site, you consent to our collection and use of your personal information as described therein.

The Site is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". We make no warranties regarding operation, security, or error‑free service. We are not responsible for user‑generated content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ponnuri Gopie Krishna and Kaapu Lights shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid, if any.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. The courts of Vijayawada, NTR District, Andhra Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction. The Grievance Officer's jurisdiction is also Vijayawada.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kaapu Lights, its owner, staff, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Site or violation of this Agreement.

• Amendments: We may update this Agreement without prior notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
• Severability: If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains in force.
• Entire Agreement: This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement.
